Founder, project manager and full-time advocate for homeowners.
Kayla started IKON after watching too many homeowners get lost in a process nobody had explained to them. They weren't working with bad builders or bad architects — they simply had no one whose job was to look after their side of the project.
As a licensed Florida Realtor, Kayla saw the problem earlier than most: the decisions that shaped a build's cost were being made before anyone had done the math — at the lot, at the offer, at the loan. That real estate background is why IKON's help often begins with land acquisition, investment decisions and development feasibility rather than construction drawings.
Today she and the IKON team manage projects across Tampa Bay and Central Florida, from modest first-time builds to complex waterfront homes and multifamily development. The scope of work changes. The standard doesn't.
